Planning Aid – If your potential purchaser is contemplating alterations, a floor plan can help evaluate

                           the viability of any options.

We offer two types of floorplans  

Standard  - This is a basic floorplan layout showing all rooms with relative door and window positions                          and any attached garage or conservatory but not any separate building

Enhanced  - Same as standard with the addition of details of Kitchen,Bathroom, Cloakroom and Utility                         room, plus boiler placement and hot water storage.                                                                                    Fees to be agreed, dependant on extent and complexity.                 

A full Site Plan to include all external areas, boundaries, patio or decked areas and outbuildings can also be produced. Fees to be agreed, dependant on extent and complexity.
